The candidates who have applied for scholarships reserved to graduate students from foreign universities will be interviewed in the dates and order reported below.

 

The candidates are asked to prepare a brief presentation (3-4 slides) on their research interests.

INFO FOR APPLICATION

The PhD course in Physics at Università degli Studi di Bari, also supported by Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN), offers for the academic year 2021-2022 15 new positions for graduate students to join high-level research programs in a wide variety of fields, from nuclear, subnuclear and astroparticle physics, to quantum and solid state physics, applied physics, and theoretical physics.

Six positions will be supported by a scholarship granted by Università di Bari, out of which two will be reserved to graduate students at foreigner universities; four positions will be supported by a scholarship granted by INFN; one position will be supported by the company Elettronica Spa, Rome;
two positions will be reserved to candidates selected for an “apprendistato contract” (training contract), 1 to be carried out at Planetek Italia srl on the project “Earth Observation services based on satellite hyperspectral data” and 1 at G.A.P. srl on the project “Multi-temporal radar interferometry data analysis and applications”.
Two positions will be not covered by scholarships.
